I’m grateful for your desire to stay connected. This short guided meditation is here for you whenever you are looking to have a few nourishing moments for yourself and feel more settled and coherent.

Before pressing play, a couple things…

• The meditation begins with a brief introduction and some simple breath awareness.

• The main focus of the practice is centered around moving energy throughout the body with focused attention, breath, and imagination. We bring energy in through the crown chakra (top of the head), down the spine to the heart chakra (center of the chest), and out the heart chakra into the space around us.

• Once we’ve cycled through that a number of times, we then add to it by bring that energy back in through the heart chakra (center of the chest), down the spine and out through the root chakra (base of the spine at the pelvic floor) into the Earth.

• You’ll just need a quiet place to sit comfortably upright on a chair, stool, or the floor for just under ten minutes. Headphones are preferable.

• Bonus points if you can do this safely outside, barefoot on the Earth.
