In the shamanic view, we are first and foremost beings of light, or energy. We all have, and are at our essence, a luminous energy field, which is the blueprint that organizes our minds and our physical bodies. Traumatic events occurring in our lives leave their mark on our energy field as imprints of dark, heavy energy. Left uncleared, these imprints can manifest as various forms of illness, limiting beliefs, or what we consider “bad luck”. Shamanic energy healing works at the level of the energy field to clear these imprints and bring the field back into balance and harmony. It offers us a new map for our healing journey, one that might just lead us to a healed destiny.

These sessions are healing ceremonies, intended to create a safe, sacred space for you to release stuck, heavy energy from your field, nourish your energetic body, and attune your system to greater freedom and coherence. They last between 60 to 90 minutes and each may call for something different, including one or more of the following:
Illumination - clearing energetic imprints and rebalancing the system. This is the foundational process of this medicine, included in every session and also the starting point for those new to this work.
Extraction - not all of the energy we carry with us is our own. This process removes intrusive energies and/or entities from the field.
Decoupling - a gentle reset of the nervous system’s parasympathetic response.
Soul Retrieval - Reintegration of fragmented soul parts that splinter off as a result of traumatic life experiences. This is not typically performed until one has undergone a great deal of this work.
Appointments take place over a Zoom call . You will need to be in a quiet, comfortable place that is conducive to relaxation. Most clients prefer to lie down for the session, but we will begin and end with a face to face conversation.
While there is room for skepticism regarding the remote nature of these sessions, you will likely find that they work just as well, if not better, this way. Clients find being in their own space more comfortable and as a result, are able to sink in and be fully receptive to the work. The luminous energy field exists outside of time and space, so working remotely does not change the effectiveness of the experience - we work in what quantum physics would call, “the quantum field of non-locality”.
